Development of Cordyceps militaris Compound Beverage

  • Submerged fermentation liquid of Cordyceps militaris was used as raw material,tie-in Chinese wolfberry,red jujube,honeysuckle through orthogonal experiment optimizing to explore compound drinks of Chinese caterpillar fungus′optimal collocation.The result is caterpillar fungus fermented liquid 100 mL,soaks raises red jujube juice 50 mL,soaks raises Chinese wolfberry liquid 15 mL,honeysuckle extract 5 mL,every 100 mL drinks add auxiliary sugar 5 g auxiliary,and citric acid 0.25 g,honey 2.5 mL,CMC-Na 0.3 g,xanthan gum 0.02 g,pectin 0.1 g getting brown when bright,sour and sweet and tasty,rich nutrition functional health drink.The drink was detected by High Performance Liquid Chromatography,the countent of cordycepin and adenosine in the drink was 138.4 μgmL and 52.2 μgmL,respectively.Polysaccharide content and protein content of the drink are respectively 9.79 mgmL,13.13 mgmL.Microbiology indicators meet national standards.
