Simultaneous Determination of Aflatoxins of B1,B2,G1,G2 and M1 in Milk by Hitachi High Performance Liquid Chromatography Used Post-Column Light Derived Method

  • Fluorescence intensity of aflatoxins B1,G1,M1 were improved by using post-column light derived method.Aflatoxins of B1,B2,G1,G2 and M1 in milk were detected at the same time.Under the selected conditions,the sensitivity of aflatoxin B1 increased about 18 times,alfatoxin G1 increased about 25 times and alfatoxin G1 increased about 4 times than direct determination.This method is simple,and its cost is relatively lower.It is especially suitable detection of the routine and a large number of samples.
