Pre-shipment Inspection of Modern International Engineering Project

Pre-shipment inspection which was often used in modern international engineering project was summarized.The article introduced the PSI work from its origin and definition，current situation to its routine process and fully elaborated the necessity and importance of this work in current international project.Finally，it provided some matters need attention with author′s actual experiences to others for reference.
