Tilling，Planting and Harvesting Level of Mechanization in Major Grain Producing Areas

Status quo of tilling，planting and harvesting mechanization and development level in Changchun city were analyzed at the present stage.Positive functions of agricultural mechanization level for improving labour productivity were described.And problems and gaps in tilling，planting and harvesting mechanization process were analyzed.Measures and proposals for improving tilling，planting，harvesting mechanization process were proposed in the major grain producing areas.
