QuEChERS-HPLC for Determination of Carbendazim Residues in Fruits and Vegetables

A method was established for determination carbendazim residues in fruits and vegetables by HPLC，carbendazim was extracted by acetonitrile，PSA （primary secondary amine，N-propyl ethylenediamine） and the C18 filler was used as purification and this pre-treatment method was called QuEChERS method.The results showed the linear correlation coefficient of carbendazim standard was 1.0 in the range of 0.1~10.0 mgL，method limit of quantification was 0.1 mgkg （SN=10）.When the spiked concentration was 0.5 and 5.0 mg/L，the relative standard deviations of five parallel tests with different concentration were 2.98% and 1.72%.Recoveries were in the range from 96% to 110% at the spiked level of 0.1，0.5 and 5.0 mg/L into samples.
