QuEChERS-HPLC for Determination of Carbendazim Residues in Fruits and Vegetables

  • A method was established for determination carbendazim residues in fruits and vegetables by HPLC,carbendazim was extracted by acetonitrile,PSA (primary secondary amine,N-propyl ethylenediamine) and the C18 filler was used as purification and this pre-treatment method was called QuEChERS method.The results showed the linear correlation coefficient of carbendazim standard was 1.0 in the range of 0.1~10.0 mgL,method limit of quantification was 0.1 mgkg (SN=10).When the spiked concentration was 0.5 and 5.0 mg/L,the relative standard deviations of five parallel tests with different concentration were 2.98% and 1.72%.Recoveries were in the range from 96% to 110% at the spiked level of 0.1,0.5 and 5.0 mg/L into samples.
