Analysis of Nitrosamines in Beer by SQ8 GCMS and D-Swafer System

  • Nitrosodimethylamine(NDMA)and nitrosodiethylamine(NDEA)have been analyzed by the heart-cut technology of D-Swafer and SQ8 GCMS.The D-Swafer heart-cut technology can reduce the matrix effects by cutting the NDMA and NDEA from the first pre-column into the second analytical column,and this method do not need the complex sample clean-up stage.The back-flush function of D-Swafer can also reduce the analysis time.The linearity of this method is good,the RSD<3% and the LOD is 0.05ppb.
