Software Implementation of Test System of Agricultural Machinery Drag Resistance Based on Labview

  • With rapid development of agricultural mechanization in China,requirements about equipment performance and test software features of new type agricultural test machines became higher and higher.Stress analysis of mechanical key components for improving farm machinery design could provide effective data.In order to obtain the components real stress data rapidly and accurately,hardware data collection system based on PXI with homemade stem pin sensors were used for testing,which was different from traditional test method.The software for the host computer of the system realized the real-time experiment data′s collection,processing,storage and display by applying Labview program.Common functional modules were programmed as sub VI for making it easy to transplant and expand.
