Comparative Analysis and Discussion of Working Parts for Granulation Effect of Rubber Hammer

Granulation is the key link of natural rubber production of standard rubber particles.Hammer mill granulator is widely used in natural rubber processing industry.The granulation effects such as granulator uniformity and particle size were an important index for measuring granulator performances，which could affect the processing quality such as drying process and so on.Main influence factors of granulation effect of natural rubber hammer grinder granulator were researched and analyzed in order to find improving job component methods under different influence factors conditions.
