Effect of Biogas Fertilizer on Yield and Quality of Strawberry in Soilless Culture

Pot experiment was carried out to study effect of biogas fertilizer on yield and quality of strawberry in soilless culture in greenhouse. In experiment，mixture of turf and perlite of 1∶1 ratio was used as substrate of culture.Taking biogas fertilizer group and chemical fertilizer group as case，each fertilizer group included three fertilization levels，and content of nitrogen，phosphorus and potassium of biogas fertilizer was equal to that of chemical fertilizer under same fertilization level.Results showed that compared with fertilizing chemical fertilizer，100，200 and 300g of biogas fertilizer were fertilized in 2 L substrate could make the yield of strawberry increased 24.37%，32.00% and 50.23%，respectively.Reductive sugar increased 51.96%，80.84% and 79.26%，respectively. Vitamin C increased 35.86%，41.86% and 39.28%，respectively.Nitrate decreased 84.51%，89.99% and 92.28%，respectively.So biogas fertilizer is fertilized in soilless culture not only increases yield of fruit but also remarkably improves its quality，and it is very important for developing innocuous and green agriculture.
