Design of Open Control System Based on PC+ Motion Controller

A two-dimensional platform control system was designed based on Googoltech GTS motion controller，software development and hardware constitution was described. In this system，motion controller acted core，and PC+MCC mode was adopted. Interactive software was programmed under the environment of VB6.0. Pulse frequency was dynamically changed，and rotating speed and veer were controlled by calling function from movement function library.Platform could be precisely controlled by utilizing grating ruler as linear displacement sensor.This system was not only enhanced real time property and speed，but also easy-to-use.
