Extraction and Antioxidative Activity of Polysaccharide in Pleurotus eryngii

  • Optimal parameters of polysaccharide extraction from fresh Pleurotus eryngii using the solvent extract were obtained by single factor experiments and orthogonal teats.The optimum conditions were temperature 70 ℃,extract time 1.5 h,ethanol concentration 75%.According to the analysis of extract,the yield of polysaccharide from fresh Pleurotus eryngii was 2.33%.Antioxidant activity about polysaccharide from Pleurotus eryngii was measured. The clearance rate of hydroxyl radical scavenging about polysaccharide from Pleurotus eryngii was 35.76%.
