  • Soybean is an excellent plant protein food.It contains rich vegetable protein and vegetable fats.It is rich in physiological active substances,such as soybean oligosaccharides,soybean isoflavones,soybean lecithin,soybean peptide,soybean saponin,soybean dietary fiber,and vitamin E.These substances can not be compared by other products,are beneficial to human body,and play a very important role for people physical fitness.Applications of high and new technology in soymilk sterilization process,soybean food safety testing and deep processing of soybean were introduced.
