Design and Experiment of Movable Branch Grinder

A mobile branch grinder was designed to deal with distributed forestry waste.Equipment with adaptive hydraulic forced feeding mechanism，taking the drum cutting form，could adjust feeding quantity automatically as load of roller shredding mechanism.The largest shredding diameter was 250 mm.Results indicated that qualification rate of the crushing wood chip length was 90.82%，and average productivity was 3.31 t/h.
