Tissue Culture Technical of Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo

Taking seed pods of Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo as exophyte，effects of disinfection ways and medium formula on exophyte growth were studied.Optimum medium proportions for protocorm induction，strong seedlings growth and rootage were explored.Results showed that 12 MS+2.0 mgL BA+0.2 mgL NAA solid culture medium was advantageous to induce protocorm，MS+3.0 mgL BA+1.0 mgL NAA+1.0 mgL KT+3% banana solid culture medium was suitable for strong seedling growth，and 1/2 MS+0.5 mg/L NAA+3% banana+0.5% active carbon solid culture medium was the best medium to induce root.
