Problems and Countermeasures of Agricultural Machinery Technology Training in Guang′an City

Problems of agricultural machinery technology training were studied by field survey and in-depth interviews in Guang′an city.The results showed that agricultural machinery technology training of Guang′an city have many problems.For example，strength of training teachers is very weak，enthusiasm of farmer training is not high，training facilities are incomplete，training funds are shortage.Some measures like increasing funds investment，organizing and managing elaborately，strengthening leadership and advocacy and targeted training were proposed to provide reference for agricultural machinery technical training of Guang′an city.
