Preparation and Determination of Antibiotics Residues in Fresh Meat Using Auto Solid Phase Extraction and HPLC

  • A solid phase extraction method was established for preparation of antibiotics residues from chicken and pork.They were detected simultaneously using high performance liquid chromatography.The spiked recovery rate of terramycin,tetracycline,aureomycin ranged from 87.4%~97.9%,89.2%~92.7% and 89.7%~99.4% in chicken.The spiked recoveries ranged from 83.9%~97.9%,90.6%~108.0% and 98.1%~109.3% in pork.
