Design of 4YZP-2A Type Self-propelled Corn Harverster

According to the characteristices of corn planting and harvesting in Huang-huai-hai region，4YZP-2A type self-propelled corn Harvester was designed.Structure design and technical features of whole machine，transmission system and main working parts were introduced.Picker header was made with rake star-wheel and no-row corn harvesting device，and corn plants would be effectively crawled and feed methodically to picking device.Optimization design and rational distribution were carried out with corn husker，ear peeling rate was greatly improved.Actual field working test proved that 4YZP-2A type self-propelled corn harvester was in line with the national standards，and it also passed the identification of Shandong Agricultural Machinery test and appraisal station.
