Field Testing of Corn Mechanized Conservation Tillage with Wide-narrow Row Alternative Fallow

  • Corn mechanized conservation tillage with wide-narrow row alternative fallow is different from conventional tillage mode with uniform ridge.Ridge distance is changed from average 60 cm to narrow seed line of 40 cm and wide gap of 80 cm.Field testing proved that new tillage mode had advantages in many respects,such as,corn yield,distribution of root,transmittance of colony,physical and chemical properties of soil.
