Abstract
Possible diseases-causing factors from foodborne resources including microbes pathogens,food allergy,food additives,pesticides residues,cultivating method of agriculture and antibiotics from meats were introduced.A primary cloudy database of nutritional molecules was also built to further explore the possibility to detect food safety with smart phones or other terminals.
