Promotion of Rural Economic Comprehensive Reform

Great achievements have been obtained in more than 30 years reform of rural economy in China.At the same time，serious challenges have been also faced. Development of rural economy is not in harmony with the pace of industrialization and urbanization.Differences between town and country are relatively wide.Power of industrialization and urbanization is weakened.Rural economic comprehensive supplementary reform must be promoted.Systems and mechanisms should be innovated.Policy measures should be strengthened.Based on perfecting market economy system，a new urban and rural relationship of workers and peasants should be focused to build.Coordinated development of urban and rural economic and social will be realized.
