Construction of Grass-roots Agricultural Mechanization Service System of Haixi State，Qinghai Province

Agricultural equipment level of Haixi state in Qinghai province enhances unceasingly.It provides strong technical support for accelerating development of modern agriculture. But agricultural machinery management service system and agricultural machinery service organization are relatively weak，and it can not keep up with the rapid development of agricultural situation.Countermeasures and suggestions of strengthening construction of grass-roots agricultural mechanization service system were put forward.
