Research and Contribution of Rural Tourism Development in ChinaTransfer Rule of Surplus Labor Force in Development of Rural Tourism

With the level of agricultural mechanization to improve，surplus labor is more and more in rural areas.Rural tourism as a labor-intensive industry，provides a place for the transfer of rural surplus labor，behalf of a new development model of modern agriculture in China.Based on the concept of rural tourism，according to main characteristics of rural tourism research data，rural tourism was divided into six categories.Transfer effect of different stages of rural tourism on rural surplus labor was analyzed.Major impact of rural tourism for promoting rural economic development was explained by case analysis.
