Effect of Different Packing on Storage Quality of Apricot in Transportation

  • Smaiti apricots which turning color as experiment material were chosen for the same ripe and size without plant diseases and inorganic weapons.Meticulous packing which wrapped up every apricot with polyethylene plastic and put apricots into foam case,or common packing which did not need any packing and put apricots into ordinary case were chosen in the conveyance.At last,these apricots were set up in -1~1 ℃ condition.It was shown that apricots which used meticulous packing had higher firmness and total phenolic contents,the more total soluble solids content and Vc content,less titratable acid,chlorophyll content and weight loss,lower oxidize enzyme active,browning and incidence of disease than common packing.Polyethylene plastic net set packing was good for storing up Smaiti apricots.
