Cellulose Enzymatic Extraction Technology of Pectin from Banana Peel

  • The optimum process of pectin extraction from banana peel with the aid of enzyme cellulose was studied.The effect of enzyme loading,liquid to solid ratio,extraction duration and temperature on pectin extraction yield were optimized by using single factor and orthogonal(L9(3)4)test.The maximum yield of the pectin(9.33 mgg fresh weight)was obtained when enzyme loading,liquid to solid ratio,extraction duration and temperature were 0.2%,4 mLg,3 h and 40 ℃,respectively.
