Determination of Nitrofuran Metabolite Residues in Aquatic Products by UPLC-MS/MS

  • A method of UPLC-MSMS for determination of nitrofuran metabolites in aquatic products has been established.In order to improve the efficiency,sampling weight and internal standard were increased,stability and response result were enhanced,derivatization time was shortened to 2 h,volume of buffer solution was fixed.The recoveries of AOZ,SEM,AMOZ and AHD were between 89.0% and 114.8%,precision was lower than 10%,detection limit was 0.1 μgkg.
