Design of Automatic Hard-plug-seedlings Pick Device

Automatic pick seedling device is a major component of transplanter.Hard-plug-seedlings pick device was designed to push out the seedlings by seedling pushing fingers from the hard plug，then seedlings were received by two craps on the receive board，and turned 90° to the low position.Hard plug can move horizontal and vertical direction，so that all seedlings were pushed out according rules.Motion sequence of this device was controlled by PLC and actuator were cylinders.Experiment showed that this type of hard-plug-seedlings pick device could work and the speed was up to 72 piecesmin.
