Since FDI was allowed in China，it is continuously growing and takes obvious advantage on funds，technology，marketing，brand，management and so on.In short period，FDI seized the larger Chinese marketing shares.Through controlling of shares，marketing channel etc，FDI effects the safe operation of Chinese national economy and industrial system.It was focused on influent of FDI to the agricultural machinery and some relevant recommendation to preserve the Chinese industry security.
