Soil Moisture Monitoring in Hilly Area of Jiangxi Province Based on Internet of Things Technology

  • According to characteristics of wide distribution,monitoring points,wiring and power supply difficulties in hilly area of crops planting in Jiangxi province,a soil moisture multi monitoring system was established based on internet of things technology.The system mainly adopted high precision soil temperature and humidity sensors,and intelligent weather station.The representative soils moisture conditions and weather information could be online collected remotely.The system had the function of soil moisture(drought)automatic prediction,intelligent decision of irrigation water volume,irrigation equipment remote automatic control and so on.
