Ultrasonic-Microwave-Assisted Extraction Process of Polysaccharides from Bombax ceiba

  • The yield of Bombax ceiba polysaccharide was selected as investigation index,through single factor combined with response surface methodology,influence factor and optimum process of ultrasonic-microwave-assisted extraction of polysaccharide from Bombax ceiba were discussed.Results showed order of influence factors of ultrasonic-microwave-assisted extraction process was microwave power>extraction time>solid-to-liquid ratio.Optimal ultrasonic-microwave -assisted extraction conditions were solid-to-liquid ratio of 1∶40(g/mL),extraction time of 16 min,and microwave power of 202 W,and at this condition,yield of Bombax ceiba polysaccharide was 0.953%±0.015%.In addition,compared with traditional water extraction,ultrasonic-microwave-assisted extraction methods improved yield of Bombax ceiba polysaccharide in a shorter time,which has broad application prospect.
