Financing Strategy of Leisure Agriculture Enterprise

Policies and suggestions to solve problems of leisure agriculture enterprise financing were put forward based on researching problems and reasons of leisure agriculture enterprises financing.From perspective of policy support of government level，the local government should actively introduce related support policy for development of leisure agriculture enterprise，fully implement and reasonably implement relevant subsidy policy for leisure agriculture enterprise，increase government investment to strengthen infrastructure construction of leisure agriculture.From perspective of support policy of financial institutions，they should relax mortgage conditions appropriately，develop multi-level rural financial system，actively improve rural credit guarantee system.From point of leisure agriculture enterprise itself，they should use bank credit strategy，expand shareholding financing strategy，actively explore BOT financing strategy.It was an effective strategy to relieve leisure agriculture enterprises financing difficulties.
