Design and Application of Full closed Loop Control of Divided Scale Shear System

The silicon steel sheet is a special transformer magnetic core material，shearing accuracy requirement is strictly，large errors will not be able to assemble.Therefore，silicon steel plate production has become a key technology of power transformers.The ES2 series PLC as master control unit with the series of B2 servo motor，and a servo drives to make a full closed loop system，which realized divided scale cutting.Some problems such as following error increase and reverse vibration were settled.It has contented improvement of accuracy and speed requirements.It has achieved desired results in production practice.
