Design of Intelligent Controller in Centralized Grease Lubrication System for Chassis

A smart controller based on PIC single chip microprocessor was presented to overcome existing shortcoming of chassis centralized lubrication system controller.By means of controller settings for lubrication period and monitor time and oil distributor setting for greasing，timing and quantitative auto greasing and fault alarm function were realized.Application experiments indicated that this smart controller could meet operation demand of chassis centralized lubrication system.
