Research Review of Crude Green Raisin Dried Equipment

Green raisin is made from seedless white raisin.There are two conventional drying methods include shad house drying and quickly handwork drying.Shade house drying has long drying period，is easily polluted by sand，dust and insert.Combination of solar energy and heat pump drying equipment，solar-thermal van drying room，series-parallel solar energy collector and air-impingement jet dryer were introduced.New drying technics of crude green raisin with short drying time and better quality were obtained.The aim was to improve grape industry in Xinjiang.
