Antioxidant Activity of Different Solvent Extracts in Mycelium Germanium-Riched of Flammulina velutipes

By mycelium germanium-riched of Flammulina velutipes as research material，three kinds of solvent were used to extract mycelium gernanium-riched in different conditions and antioxidant capacity of extractions was researched.Results showed that antioxidant capacity of extractions of mycelium in germanium-enriched was better compared with the control group.At the same time，scavenging capacity of water extract was the best on oxygen free radical and superoxide anion free radical，reached 88.2% and 195.5Ug，respectively.Scavenging capacity of 75% ethanol was the best on hydroxyl radical，arrived at 800.3 Ug.The mycelium germanium-riched of F.velutipes has better antioxidant activity.
