Ultrasonic Extraction of Flavonoids from Lotus Pollen

In order to maximize extraction efficiency of general flavonoids from lotus pollen，extraction technology was optimized through single factor and orthogonal tests.The vitro antioxidant activities of general flavonoids from lotus pollen were also investigated.Results indicated that 70% ethanol as extraction solvent for three repeated extractions for 20 min each time at a solid-to-liquid ratio of 1∶12（gmL）were the optimal extraction conditions，the highest extraction efficiency was 0.913%（9.13 mgg）under the above conditions.
