Restoration Management of Flood Damaged FarmlandA Case of Fangshan District of Beijing

  • The effects of flood damaged farmland include loss of manpower, money, goods and materials, and leading to shortages of food.The damages of farmland induced by flood disasters were analyzed,restoring schemes were sumed up,a management model for restoring damaged farmland was proposed.Then some flood damaged farmland caused by rainstorm at Fangshan district in Beijing was studied.The result showed that the model was verified during carring out,which could provide certain theoretical basis and suitable policy tools for dynamic restoring damaged farmland by flood disasters.
