Design and Development of 5YPJ Type Corn Peeling Machine

Corn harvest mechanization research in China started late and developed slowly.Corn peeling was the weakest link in corn mechanized harvest.Research and development of corn peeling machine especially matched with corn harvest machine，was still in the initial stage.For improvement and optimization design for peeling device of the type and the corn harvest machine，5YPJ type peeling corn harvester device was designed.This device solved the existing problems that peeling corn combine harvester for corn low bract peeling rate，high grain loss rate，high broken rate，and increased adaptability with corn harvester matching.
