Influence Factors of Mechanical Threshing Effect about Fresh Corn

Taking fresh corn ear in harvest period as the object of study，its physical properties were measured.Setting factors，through bag cutting fresh corn thresher threshing test was done to validate relevance between characteristics of physical traits of ear and threshing effect.Test data proved that ear size end diameter difference were main factors affecting mechanical threshing efficiency，core shaft residual rate and grain impurity rate.And grain moisture content influenced mainly grain machinery broken injury.
