Simultaneous Detection of Pb and Cd in Wheat Flour by Using Microwave Reaction-Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry

  • Simultaneous detection of Pb and Cd in wheat flour by using microwave reaction-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was studied.Results showed that detection limits of Pb and Cd were 0.14 and 0.12 μg/kg respectively,the recovery rate was 90.2%~99.6% and the relative standard deviation was 1.8%~2.5%.Compared with other detection methods,this method had lower detection limit and shorter testing time.Meanwhile,it has more pretreatment methods and more stabled data.This method could be applied to detection of actual samples.
