Assessment and Reduction Measures of Agricultural Water-saving Irrigation Project

Taking agricultural water-saving irrigation project funding assessment report of Changping district in Beijing city as an example，current water-saving irrigation project appearing in examination and approval of subsidies and problems in the process of project declaration were described.According to assessment expert group，how to grasp the essentials of project demonstration，pass argument，and prevent emergence of project funds to implement the cut and even the serious consequences of project pull black were analyzed，in order to other government support for water-saving irrigation project as a warning.
