Bidirectional Horizontal Electro-hydraulic Control System on Bucket of Front Loader

Front loader working device as the research subject，several common bucket′s self-leveling system and their advantages and disadvantages were introduced.Principle of bidirectional horizontal electro-hydraulic control system on bucket was focused on.Bucket lifting and lowering process of leveling movement and relationship between cylinders were analyzed.Based on the comparative analysis of the experimental data，the best technical solutions were determined to optimize product structure and improve work efficiency and use of performance of front loader.
