Teaching Rerform and Practice of‘Food Additive’Subject in New Local Colleges

Problems of‘Food Additive’teaching were pointed out. Reform and practice of optimization of theory teaching content and experimental projects，improvement of teaching methods and reform of examination formwere introduced in detail.Results showed that new teaching pattern not only avails to cultivate students’learning interest， but also improve students’abilities of analyzing and solving problems.
