Abstract

Main measures，implementation effect and existing problems of chili mechanical drying technology promotion were expounded.Some suggestions of perfecting industrial chili drying technology were put forward.Industrial chilli drying technology could promote scale，modernization and industrialization process of characteristic agriculture advantage crops in Hejing county.
