  • According to development needs of its own conditions and industry，active exploration and practice were carried out in training base of Heilongjiang Agricultural Vocational and Technical College.Talent training mode of‘factory in schools’about school and enterprise cooperation was built.Characteristic of this mode was introduced from cooperation mode，training platform，reform in education and problems to solve.
