Static Calibration System for Strain Testing Based on Virtual Instrument

  • In order to apply virtual instrument technology to the designed traction measurement sensing device,static calibration online system for strain testing based on virtual instrument technology was designed and developed.Software and hardware structure of the system,test method,and program design of the static performance calibration and analysis were elaborated.It was tested and analyzed by strain sensing device and loading device.Results showed that static calibration system for strain testing based on virtual instrument technology has more advantages than traditional calibration system,such as simple structure,simple operation,calibrating for the strain sensor and analyzing static performance online with better accuracy.
