Research and Practice of PBL Teaching Mode in Course of ‘Food Safety and Inspection Technology’
In the process of teaching‘Food Safety and Inspection Technology’，PBL teaching mode was attempted to be introduced.Specific design ideas and implementing measures were proposed to improve teaching effectiveness of‘Food Safety and Inspection Technology’，and improve students′ self-learning ability，scientific thinking，innovations and practices capacity.
