Research of School Enterprise Cooperation to Promote Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Student Employment

Difficult employment of college students is common concern of whole society hot topics.Under the influence of objective conditions of national macro policy and employment environment，colleges and universities should strive to improve student′s quality and ability of obtaining employment.Taking training base of‘school in factory’and‘factory in school’built by Heilongjiang Agricultural Vocational and Technical College and a number of enterprises as examples，school enterprise cooperation training base for college students′ employment ability was discussed.
