Working Performance Comparison on Two Kinds of Walnut Drying Equipment

Through investigation and study of walnut drying equipment in domestic，which have the characteristic of large energy consumption，less uniformity and low quality，5 HH-3000 type and HG-120 type walnut fruit drying machine dryers were chosen for comparative study with drying equipment performance indicators.Results proved that drying performance of 5HH-3000 type was better than HG-120 type.It provided strong evidence for optimization improvement of drying equipment，and also provided a theoretical basis for choice of models and large-scale production.
