Determination of 3 Pesticides in Herbal Tea by Gas Chromatography

A gas chromatographic method for determination of BHC，DDT and dicofol in herbal tea was established.Petroleum ether was used as extract solvent，then samples were cleaned up by sulphuric acid.BHC，DDT and dicofol residue in samples separated by RTX-1 capillary column，EDC was used as detection.Results showed that a good linearity was obtained for BHC，DDT and dicofol with the relative coefficient larger than 0.998 3，the limit detection（LOD）of method was 0.001~0.002 μgmL，the percentage recovery from the samples was between 92.5%~110%.The method was handle easily and rapid，wide range of application，it could be used to determine BHC，DDT and dicofol in herbal tea.
