Determination of Metallic Element in Herb Tea by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry

  • Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(IC-MS)with dry ashing digestion was applied to determine arsenic, chromium, cadmium, lead, strontium, manganese, copper and zinc in Herb Tea.In addition, the recovery rate of standard addition was 90.3%~109.4% and RSD was 1.38%~8.19%.It indicated that the method was simple, rapid, accurate which could meet demand for determining heavy metal elements in herb tea.
